Chrisanthidis family opened their first family workshop – store in Nea Karvali, Kavala, where they made their famous kourabie with the traditional flavor of a home recipe. Year by year, the family and their first partners experimented, tried, rejected, and finally created a wide range of premium quality, comparable to the best pastry shops at the time. Meanwhile, the number of their customers and the reputation of their products started to take off. So, in a very short time, they made it into a modern, dynamic bakery and pastry production site.
Today, the company is located in a 5,000 sq.m. site, featuring cutting-edge technology and highly trained staff.
All ingredients are certified and always chosen for their fine quality, receiving the assurance of constant food safety inspections under the FSSC 22000 certification.
