Fleur de sel, the flower of the salt, is the best range of sea salt, made of the fine, light crystals of the sea salt. Sigma Gourmet’s ‘Fleur de sel’ is produced in Messolongi ‘s sea lake where the salt flakes are hand picked from the foam of the Ionian Sea. Fleur de sel is packed in a 160gr jar and has a strong flavour, ideal to sprinkle it for seasoning to any type of foods or salads.
