Klonari, Achaian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a high quality olive oil made from the very well tested blend of “Koutsourelia” and “Koroneiki” olive varieties, produced in Western Peloponnese and is a product of controlled cultivation. Klonari EVOO is produced with the method of cold extraction, from hand picked olives and its acidity level does not exceed 0.5%, making it suitable for cooking and frying as it is resistant to high temperatures. It’s fruity and aromatic with slightly spicy aftertaste and is ideal for every type of food. Available in 5lt metallic container.
Due to the storage in low temperatures, the oils tend to take a velvet texture and the fat acids separate into little bubbles, which is completely normal for non processed EVOOS. Store it in room temperature for few days and the texture will get back to normal.
