Green extra virgin oil – Agourelaio, is produced by the cold extraction of olives, hands picked before they fully mature, thus green. The olive oils are hand picked on October and the olives are going into the cold press procedure within few days. Liokarpi green olive – agourelaio in 500ml glass bottle, is produced by the Cretan Koroneiki variety olives, marked as Product of Designated origi, producing top quality extra virgin olive oil of the lowest acidity and generally reflects the oil’s unique purity and high quality. Liokarpi is an unmistakably fruity olive oil with spicy tones and a distinctly recognisable aftertaste of citrus fruit all of which create an amazing balance in taste. LIokarpi agourelaio – green extra virgin olive oil is produced in limited quantity.
Due to the storage in low temperatures, the oils tend to take a velvet texture and the fat acids separate into little bubbles, which is completely normal for non processed evoos. Store it in room temperature for few days and the texture will get back to normal.
