The best for ntakos
In my opinion these are simply the best for ntakos. The shape means they absorb the oil, water and tomato juices, whereas the others shaped like burger buns, or the tiny ones, have too much smooth surface to properly absorb the juices. A lovely rough texture and full of rich flavour.
