Bougatsakia, the vanilla custard cream pie is made with a traditional recipe produced by the Kapouranis family in Pelion. Bougatsa is made with 35% thick traditional dough and 65% milk, butter, cream, sugar, vanilla and semolina. This bougatsa pie is in a 900gr tray, divided into 16 pieces/bites and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: Milk, sugar, vanilla, eggs, fresh butter, semolina, salt, oil, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, and sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven to 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
