I cooked it in an oven dish with a lid. Added pepper (does not need any salt) and because I like spice also added chilli flakes and about 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar and same water 50 minutes at 170 degrees, took it out of oven placed onto flat baking tray and back in oven for 15 minutes with temp turned up to 200. And served with juices from oven dish poured over the top.
Amazingly delicious, only problem is I dont have any more because I have eaten it all..lol
