Authentic Gemista dish, tomatoes and green peppers stuffed with rice, in 400gr portion, ready to eat frozen meal by ELFA. Gemista dish is made according to the traditional Greek recipe containing whole tomatoes and green peppers stuffed with boiled rice, and more vegetables such as parsley, onion and potato pieces, trimmed tomato and aromatic herbs cooked in extra virgin olive oil. Gemista by ELFA, is cooked to perfection, ready to eat and has no preservatives.

Cooking Instructions:
– Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 200 C. Place aluminum pan with lid closed, remove film from portion box and heat for 30-45 minutes.
– Microwave Oven: Place portion box only at 800 Watt for 7-8 minutes, poking a hole in the packaging.
