Glacé, raw glutinous rice, is a medium grained sticky rice with a shiny coating ideal for traditional Greek recipes such as soups, risottos and sweets. Grown and produced in a location outside Serres, North Greece, New Tiroloi, the rice grows in thousands of square meters of rice fields along Strimonas River. The company Tyroleza, has a long tradition, from production to packaging. Available in 1kg sealed packets.
