Halloumi Cheese 1kg Hadjipieris is produced from a fresh unpasteurised blend of cow, goat and sheep’s milk, by Hadjipieris Dairy Company in Cyprus.

Hadjipieris halloumi cheese is hand-folded whilst warm, to take its characteristic final shape and squeaky texture and left in its natural juices for some time. It is sprinkled with a mixture of salt and dry mint leaves ideal for grilling.

Available in 250gr and 1kg vacuum packs.
