This is horiatiki hortopita, country-style vegan spinach and greens pie, made with the traditional recipe and produced by the Kapouranis family in Pelion. This vegan hortopita has 35% thick traditional dough and 65% filling, containing spring onions, dill, spinach and spices. This pie is a 900gr rectangular tray, is divided into 16 small pieces/bites and is ready to put in the oven with its tray.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
INGREDIENTS: Spinach, herbs, dill, onion, celery, oil, salt, pepper, water, durum wheat flour.
Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
