Storage & Consumption info:
Store the barrel in cool and dry place. The olives are preserved when stored into the brine.
*The brine includes a preservative power which creates a white foam at the surface. The white substance on the top of the brine is a preservative added to the olives barrel in brine, in order to preserve them long-term. The preservative is consisted of Sodium benzoate and Potassium sorbate. Both preservatives are commonly used in foods.
Take out the olives stored in brine and wash carefully before consuming.

If you love olives and are tired of paying premium prices for average standards and short shelf life then don’t hesitate. Yes it’s a lot of olives but they will keep for ages in a cool dark cupboard. There’s a floating cap to keep the olives submerged in their oil and vinegar. The cap squeezes the seal tight shut. Oh and the taste is heavenly so we will eat more of these nutritious beauties and be back for more.

If you want a decent olive it has to have the stone in, if you want a black olive then look no further these are the best you will ever get in this country as good as they are in Greece.
