Kimadopitakia, beef mince mini triangle pies are made with a traditional recipe produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. Kimadopitakia are made with 35% thick traditional dough and 45% beef mince filling, and the rest 20% consists of gouda cheese, red peppers and parsley. The triangles are individually separated is in 1kg tray, giving approximately 15 triangles and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: beef minced meat, red pepper, tomato, spices, gouda cheese, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the foil and place the pie with its pan in a preheated oven at 170 – 180 C for about 45 minutes. No scratch needed. Check your pie if it is baked evenly on both sides. If it is not cooked on both sides, continue baking for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
