Bio – Organic Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5lt Liokarpi

Liokarpi organic is a Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil of superior quality. It is produced exclusively from organic Koroneiki olives in limited quantities at the famous Minoan groves of Faistos, with the method of cold extraction. This organic extra virgin olive oil has a distinctly rich, fruity taste and a unique aroma of green apple and lime citrus. A tenderly spicy and balanced flavour with an intense aftertaste. Available in 750ml glass bottle and 5lt metallic container.

Due to the storage in low temperatures, the oils tend to take a velvet texture and the fat acids separate into little bubbles, which is completely normal for non processed evoos. Store it in room temperature for few days and the texture will get back to normal.
