Melitzanopitakia – aubergine and feta cheese frying rolls 1kgr Kapouranis

Melitzanopitakia – Aubergine and feta cheese rolls for frying, made based on the traditional Skopelos recipe. Melitzanopitakia are made with cooked aubergine and feta cheese rolled in dough. These are frozen rolls in  1kg tray containing approximately 12 rolls made for frying or deep frying, produced by Kapouranis family.

INGREDIENTS: aubergine, feta cheese, mizithra, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that uses the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.

Cooking instructions:
Fry on medium heat with about a finger of oil. Frying in a fryer at temperature not higher than 160 degrees Celsius.
