Piperopita – peppers and feta cheese pie 1.5kg Kapouranis

A delicious piperopita,  peppers and cheeses pie, made based on the traditional recipe in Pelion and produced by Kapouranis family. This is a delicious peppers pie made with dough (35%) and containing red peppers, feta and mizithra cheeses and semolina filling (65%). PIperopita comes in 1.5kg tray, divided in 6 large pieces and ready to put in the oven with its tray.

INGREDIENTS:  red peppers, feta cheese, mizithra, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.

Baking instructions:

Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
