Soutzoukakia dish is made according to the traditional Smyrna recipe, soutzoukakia – meatballs are made with a mix of minced beef and pork, with a strong curcumin taste, garlic and spices, cooked in tomato sauce. Soutzoukakia dish by Elfa, is cooked to perfection, ready to eat and has no preservatives.

This item is shipped in thermal foil covered with an ice pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
– Do not re-freeze if received defrosted.
– When defrosted and kept in the fridge, it is best consumed within 2-3 days.

INGREDIENTS:
Minced Beef, Tomato Paste Onions, Olive Oil, Egg, Salt, Bread Crumbs, Spices, Garlic, Beef Broth, Starch, Sugar, Milk.

Cooking Instructions:
– In Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 200 οC. Place the aluminium pan with the lid closed, remove the film from the portion box and heat for 30-45 minutes.
– In Microwave Oven: Place portion box only at 800 Watt for 7-8 minutes, poking a hole in the packaging.
