Stakovoutiro – pure butter oil 300gr

Stakovoutiro is the Cretan pure butter oil made from goats and sheep milk. It is considered to be one of the best in taste and highly nutritious fatty butter oil, produced by Balantinos Dairy in Crete. Cretan stakovoutiro has a semi soft texture and strong aroma. It is ideal to use in grilled meats and pasta as its intense aroma gives a unique taste to the dishes. Cooking tip: use it only in low or medium fire!
