This is the most special edition of the already premium white wine Santo Grande Reserve Assyrtiko from Santorini. Assyrtiko Grand Reserve is made by 100% Assyrtiko grapes grown in the volcanic soil of Santorini island. the Dry White Wine from sun-dried grapes grown in Santorini, marking it as P.D.O. wine. Assyrtiko Grand Reserve has been matured in oak barrels for 12 months and another 12 months in the bottle before its release. Ideally paired with seafood, fish white meats with light white sauces and cheeses. Vintage 2019. Best served at 10 – 12 °C.

This wine is a classic benchmark of the variety and its homeland. A vibrant aromatic cocktail of sea-breeze freshness and citrus fruits, peach with honeyed undertones. Bone-dry, brightly acidic with a textural mineral smokiness and a food-begging finish.
