Using raw materials such as virgin olive oil, wine, wheat that has been grown and nourished by the Cretan sun, and salt from the Libyan Sea, all flavoured by greens and herbs from the Cretan mountains, seal the quality of the products. The dairy selection from traditional farmers is blended together with herbs, aromatic plants and vegetables from the gardens of Crete.
