Buy online pre-baked Cretan foccacia, pie stuffed with an assortment of cheeses, bell peppers and fresh tomatoes. The pack’s total weight is about 360gr and contains 2 portions. The traditional Cretan gyropita is made with frothy dough and stuffed a variety of cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, olives, tomatoes and tomato sauce, red & green bell peppers, aromatic herbs & spices ideal to serve as a delicious full meal. Mediterranean Focaccia is produced in traditional pies workshop Kouklinos, in Crete.

STORAGE & SHIPPING INFO:

-THIS PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROZEN.
– The frozen pies are shipped in thermal foil covered with an ice-pack to preserve them and reach you in the proper low temperature. Can be maintained frozen until its expiry date or refrigerated up to 3 days after you receive it.

-The Cretan Focaccia is pre-baked. When you receive it place it -when chilled- for 15 minutes in the oven in 180 degrees, or in the grill toaster.
