Easter orders & delivery schedule 2020
If you haven’t pre-order your Easter supplies already please follow the instructions below regarding the recommended dates and allow us sufficient time to deliver your order in time for British or Greek Easter, by the 12th and 19th of April respectively.
We experience unprecedented workload due to the Covid-19 circumstances and we have updated our Shipping options to best reflect our capacity in dispatching and delivering orders, having also always in mind the well-being of our staff.
Updated Delivery options include the dispatch time our team needs to queue and prepare your order. Apart from that the courier services remain the same. All Easter pre-orders will be delivered as previously stated.
In order to be able to guarantee the safe and on time delivery of your parcel:
We would recommend you ordering prior Monday 6th April.
We aim to deliver all Easter orders across the UK: for British Easter by Friday 10th April and for Greek Easter by 17th April.
We are supplying the Easter foods for both British and Greek Easters which are a week apart. Please drop us a comment at the checkout while placing your order, as per when you need your Easter orders by. We would like to remind you that all orders containing Easter Terkenlis items can only be dispatched from 6th April onwards, as this is when they arrive fresh from Greece. Terkenlis tsourekia – brioches arrive fresh only for Easter. Terkenlis tsourekia are received fresh and their best before date is by approximately 25th April. We aim to accommodate all orders for both Easters in batches and deliver all orders on time.
We would like to point out the unprecedented workload that we and the courier services are experiencing due to the circumstances and we ask you to place your order as early as possible, as we prioritise the orders by order number. Please note that there will be no order dispatches and deliveries on Easter Monday 13th April and the following Monday 20th April, and our office and warehouse will remain closed.
Best thing to do is order as early as possible and leave us a comment at the checkout or email us, as for the latest date you would like to have your order delivered. We always do our best to deliver all orders on time. As soon as a parcel is dispatched we are not longer in control or responsibility of the parcel, but we always make sure that we handle each order at its best.
For all orders containing Fresh items from the Bakery, please allow us time, 2-3 working days, to freshly prepare your orders before dispatch.
