Method
1) Cut each filo pastry to 2 and place 2 pieces each time the one over the other and in between a feta piece. Folder the filo pastry and let it stand.
2) In a pot warm up the honey, the vinegar and a soup spoon of water.
3) In a pan put some olive oil and when it gets warm place in the feta folders.
4) When filo is fried take the folders out and let them stand in a dish
5) Coat the feta folders with 1½ soup spoon of the honey sauce each and then with sesame seeds.

4 phylo pastry layers
extra virgin olive oil – find it in our Extra virgin olive oil section
2 soup spoons of sesame seeds
4 soup spoons of raw blossom honey – find it in our Honey section
1 soup spoons of vinegar – find it in our Cooking Ingredients Section
