Bougatsa praline pie, a delicious sweet pie made with handmade light (bougatsa phyllo) dough, and filled with praline. This Bougatsa filling is made with hazelnut praline spread making it ideal for vegetarians. This bougatsa is in 2, 500gr packs, serving approximately 8 medium pieces each. Once served, sprinkle icing sugar and chocolate powder and enjoy it as brunch or dessert!

This product is shipped frozen and it is packed in special packaging with icepacks to arrive to you in the proper low temperature.
Ingredients:
Butter, Cornflour, Hand-made phyllo dough, Milk, Viennese chocolate / praline
Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product, it is stored at -18C and shipped from frozen, once it is de-frosted should not be re-freezed. When defrosting keep it refrigerated (0C to 5C) for 1 day. Or keep it at room temperature for 2 hours before baking.
ATTENTION: DO NOT RE-FREEZE A DEFROSTED PRODUCT
Baking instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180-2oo ° C. Remove the lid and place bougatsa in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 30-35 minutes from frozen and about 25 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn bougatsa upside down when the top gets a golden brown colour and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of bougatsa, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.
