Chateau Julia Chardonnay has bright, straw-blonde color, with green hues. On the nose it has lively aromas of flowers and fruit, with jasmine, pineapple and banana standing out on a citrus background. On the palate, it has refreshing acidity combined with power and good structure. Fruity mouth and persistent finish.
The wine is suitable to remain in the bottle for 3-4 years after bottling.
Ideally paired with raw shellfish like oysters and clams, fish with herbs or light sauces, white meats with lemon or wine-based sauces, and semihard cheeses like kasseri.
