Irida dry white wine is a 100% Chardonnay, from grapes growing in mountainous vineyards of Aegialia, Peloponnese, marking the wine as PGI Achaia. The grapes are harvested beginning of September harvest and the fermentation is made at low temperatures, and remains in stainless tanks for almost two months.
Irida white has bright yellow colour with green hues. On the nose has yellow fruits, melon and honey aromas and on palate has crispy acidity, good volume and fruity aftertaste.
Ideally served with fish, seafood, white meat with light sauces.
