Kaseropitakia, kaseri cheese (PDO) mini triangle pies are made with a traditional recipe produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. Kaseropitakia are made with 35% traditional dough and 65% kaseri yellow cheese, eggs and milk. The triangles are individually separated is in 1kg tray, giving approximately 15 triangles and ready to put in the oven with its tray.

Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
