A delicious loukanikopita, made with Franfurter sausages and yellow cheese, a nice twist to traditional sausage pies produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. This is a sausage pie made with traditional dough (35%) and containing sausages and gouda cheese filling (65%). This loukanikopita comes in 900gr tray, divided in 16 pieces/bites and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: Franfurter sausage, tomato, gouda cheese, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
