Mediterranean – feta cheese and tomato pie 1.5kg Kapouranis

A delicious Mediterranean pie, with feta cheese and fresh tomatoes, made with the traditional recipe by Kapouranis family in Pelion. The pie is made with traditional thick dough filled with cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions and herbs and without preservatives. This Mediterranean pie is in 1.5kg rectangular tray and divided in 6 pieces ready to put in the oven with its tray

INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, fresh tomatoes, olives, red pepper, green pepper, dried onion, parsley, herbs, spices.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that uses the following allergens: Cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.

Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
