This kimadopita, pie with beef mince meat, yellow cheese and peppers produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. This kimadopita has 35% traditional dough and 45% mince filling, and the rest 20% consists of gouda cheese, red peppers and parsley. This pie is in 900gr tray, is divided in 16 pieces/bites and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: beef minced meat, gouda cheese, tomato, red pepper, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the foil and place the pie with its pan in a preheated oven at 170 – 180 C for about 45 minutes. No scratch needed. Check your pie if it is baked evenly on both sides. If it is not cooked on both sides, continue baking for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
