Saganaki – ham gouda and peppers frying pie 270gr Kapouranis

This is a delicious twist to the original frying pies. A flat square dough filled with ham, gouda cheese and peppers, ideal for frying. This saganaki pie is produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion.  The pie is in 270gr individual tray, and it is maintained frozen until it is shipped to you.

INGREDIENTS: ham, gouda cheese, red peppers, green peppers, spices, salt, wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.

Frying instructions:
Add a bit of oil in the pan and place the pie into the frying pan directly from he freezer/fridge. Frying temperature not to exceed 160Cl, use slow frying fire.
