A delicious kotopita, chicken pie, produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. This kotopita has 35% thick traditional dough and 65% filling, containing chicken, gouda cheese, peppers, ham, bacon and sour cream, giving a modern twist to the traditional chicken pie. This pie is in 1.5kg rectangular tray, is divided in 6 pieces and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: Chicken, ham, bacon, spices, parsley, pepper, gouda cheese, sour cream, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
