Saganaki cheese is the ideal cheese for grilling or frying in 600gr vacuum pack produced by Arvanitis Dairy. The saganaki cheese is made of goat’s and cow’s milk giving rich taste and velvet texture after grilling. It has no preservatives, it is completely natural and made only with milk ingredients and salt for natural preservation.
Keep it refrigerated at all times and consume it within 5 days after opening the package. Cut it into pieces before consumption and leave it in room temperature for a while to release its perfumes and flavour. Grill it or fry it until it gets its distinct golden colour, add lemon juice drizzles and consume it before it gets cold!
Suitable for vegetarians.
