This exceptional wine is made by 100% Assyrtiko grapes from SAntonirne’s volcanic soil and has 12% ABV. This Sparkling white wine has a pale yellow-green color, with white-peach notes, honey and hints of honeycomb. Sanorini Brut sparkling wine is round and balanced on the palate, with refreshing acidity, high pressure bubbles refreshing and pleasant with a long finish.
