Peinirli – pide with cold cuts & cheese is a delicious savοury pide with soft and fluffy dough – a Greek pie specific dough. Peinirli filling is made with gouda cheese and ham, bacon and it is ideal for oven baking. Peinirli comes in a 4 pack, 300gr portion each.

Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product, it is stored at -18C and shipped from frozen, once it is de-frosted should not be re-freezed. When defrosting keep it refrigerated (0C to 5C) for 1 day. Or keep it at room temperature for 2 hours before baking.
ATTENTION: DO NOT RE-FREEZE A DEFROSTED PRODUCT
Baking instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180-2oo ° C. Remove the lid and place Peinirli in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 40-45 minutes from frozen and about 35 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn Peinirli upside down when the top gets a golden brown colour and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of Peinirli, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.
