Boheme Rose Demi Sec is an excheptional rose sparckling wine by CAIR Winery in Rhodes island. Produced from a blend of local grape varieties of Mandilaria and Muscat grown at the highest altitude of the island, this unique sparkling wine only comes in limited number of bottles! Boheme is semi-dry sparkling wine with 9.5% ABV, has bright cherry and pomegranate colour with intense aromas of strawberry and wild cherry with rich natural refreshing bubbles and a refreshing pear aftertaste. Ideally paired with fruit salad or gourmet cheese.
