Cuvee III is an exceptional dry white wine, produced from the exquisite bend of the Greek varieties Malagousia 60%, Assyrtiko 20%, adding also Chardonnay 20% in the blend. The wine is marked PGI Achaia, with the grapes grown in mountainous vineyards in the Trapeza and Vrosthena regions, at an altitude of 800-900m. The grapes are carefully picked on the early September harvest.

The vinification is done separately for each variety. Malagousia and Assyrtiko are fermented in small tanks at low temperatures for about 3 months. Chardonnay is left to mature separately for 6 to 7 months, and the final mixing and storing is done in stainless tanks for 3 weeks. You can enjoy the wine as it is, freshly bottled or store it up to three years.
