Ionos Semi-Sweet White Wine 750ml Cavino

Ionos Semi-Sweet White Wine from Cavino is a delightful blend of the Greek indigenous grape Roditis 85% and Moschato of Patras 15%. The grapes grow in sub-mountainous vineyards in Achaia near the city of Patras, Peloponnese, at an altitude of 350 – 700m. The vinification process includes handpicking the grapes, followed by static debourbage for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at low temperatures using selected yeasts.

Ionos Semi-Sweet White Wine features a bouquet of citrus fruits, balanced by a refreshing acidity. Its smooth, sugary profile leaves a fruity aftertaste.
