Irida dry red wine made from 100% Syrah grapes. The grapes grow in mountainous vineyards in the region of Aegialia, Peloponnese, marking the wine as PGI Achaia, and are hand-picked during the end of September harvest. The fermentation is made with the malolactic method in in stainless tanks.
Irida has intense red color with purple hues. On the nose it has red and black fruits and black pepper aromas and on palate is soft with velvet tannins and fruity aftertaste.
Ideally served with yellow aged cheeses, meat roasted or with red sauces.
