Irida dry white wine is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc, from grapes growing in mountainous vineyards of Aegialia, Peloponnese, marking the wine as PGI Achaia. The grapes are harvested beginning of September harvest and the fermentation is made at low temperatures, and the wine remains with its fine leave for 3 weeks.
Irida white has bright yellow colour with green hues. On the nose has peach, exotic fruits and asparagus aromas and on palate has crispy acidity, good volume and citrus aftertaste.
Ideally served with white-sauce pastas, salads, yellow-aged cheeses.
