This is a delicious twist to the original frying pies. A flat square dough filled with feta cheese, ideal for frying. This saganaki pie is produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. The pie is in 200gr individual tray, and it is maintained frozen until it is shipped to you.
INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, salt, wheat flour, hydrogenated vegetable fats
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Frying instructions:
Add a bit of oil in the pan and place the pie into the frying pan directly from the freezer/fridge. Frying temperature not to exceed 160Cl, use slow frying fire.
