Spanakopita – twist cheese and spinach Skopelos frying pie 290gr Kapouranis

Skopelos twist spanakopita, with spinach, feta and mizithra cheeses rolled into crusty dough, is made with the traditional Skopelos recipe by Kapouranis family. This twist spanakopita is a traditional Skopelos pie, without preservatives, made for frying, and it is maintained frozen in 290gr tray.

INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, mizithra, cheese, semolina, wheat flour. The pie includes 65% filling of which 50% is spinach. It also contains feta and mizithra cheeses, spring onions, dill and spices.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.

Frying instructions:
Add a bit of oil in the pan and place the pie into the frying pan directly from the freezer/fridge. Frying temperature not to exceed 160Cl, use slow frying fire.
