1. Storage
This is a deep-freeze product, it is stored at -18C and shipped from frozen, if received de-frosted/chilled should not be re-freezed. When defrosted keep it refrigerated (0C to 5C) for 1 day. Or keep it at room temperature for 2 hours before baking.
2. Defrosting
Kanakis Twist Spinach Cheese pie does not necessarily need to be thawed before it is put in the oven and should not be re-frozen after thawing.
3. Baking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the pie with its pan on the oven rack below the middle.
• Bake at 180 ° C – 200 ° C until golden brown. Normal baking time: 35 ‘with heating elements, 30’ with air.
• To enjoy the taste of the pie, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
