Halloumi Cheese 250gr Vouyiouklakis

Halloumi produced from fresh unpasteurised blend of cow, goat a and sheep’s milk, by Vouyiouklakis Ltd dairy company in Cyprus. Vouyiouklakis halloumi cheese is hand-folded whilst warm to take its characteristic final shape and it is left in its natural juices for some time to develop its distinct flavour. After maturation it is sprinkled with a mixture of salt and dry mint leaves. It is ideal for grilling. Available in 250gr and 1 kg vacuum pack.
