Ionos White Wine 750ml Cavino

Ionos dry white wine is a delightful blend of the Greek indigenous grape Roditis 85% and Moschato 15%. The grapes grow in sub-mountainous vineyards in Achaia, Peloponnese, at an altitude of 350 – 700m. The grapes are hand-picked during the mid-September harvest and the fermentation is made with selected yeasts at low temperatures, remaining for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.

Ionos white has a light yellow color with green hues. Elegant aroma of citrus fruit bouquet and white flowers. On palate has high acidity,  fruity aftertaste and a rich balanced flavour.

Ideally served with white cheese, green salads with sweet sauce and sea food dishes.
