Irida dry red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes grow in mountainous vineyards in the region of Aegialia, Peloponnese, marking the wine as PGI Achaia, and are hand-picked during the end of September harvest. The fermentation is made with the malolactic method in in stainless tanks.
Irida has intense red color with purple hues. On the nose it has red fruits, plump and green pepper with some vanilla notes and on palate is dense with good acidity, gentle tannins and long, fruity aftertaste.
Ideally served with yellow aged cheeses and meat.
